How do I check on my Epic Help Tickets online?

You can check on the status of your Help Tickets by doing the following:

1. Login using this link: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/
2. Click My requests (envelope icon) at the top-right.
3. Choose the Request number desired:
   Note: If you have multiple requests, they should appear on the right side.
